⭐ All international orders are shipped from Singapore and includes an international tracking number. Tracking updates of your order are only available via Singpost and will ONLY cover up to the point your item reaches the destination country.
Your package will be handed over to your domestic postal service upon customs clearance, so please contact them if you need to.
⭐ Kindly understand that we CANNOT guarantee the arrival of your order as we are unable to effectively trace the whereabouts of your parcel thereafter.
Once your item arrives in your country, it's out of our hands and we are not liable for any loss of packages or damage during transit and handling by your postal service.

*For US customers, kindly note that the tracking number may not show up on USPS's website or platforms such as Aftership, and contacting them directly is the only way to find out the exact location or point of processing for your item.
⭐ Packages that failed to be delivered will always be returned to us. If this was due to customer negligence (wrong or missing address, failure to pick up, etc.) the cost for reshipping will fall on the buyer.
The buyer may also opt for a partial refund (the amount they paid, NOT INCLUDING shipping costs) in this scenario if they wish to cancel their order.
