⭐ All sales are final, and no refunds or exchange will be allowed after production has been paid for. Please be financially responsible with your purchases! Always shop responsibly!
⭐ All prices shown excludes any import duties, taxes or additional charges that may be incurred after shipping or receiving of your order. As the buyer, you agree to bear responsibility for these additional costs that may be charged by your country's customs. Please mention upon checkout if you wish to mark this shipment as a Gift.
⭐ For customers residing in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China, please also include your address in Japanese / Korean / Chinese script.
⭐ All international orders are shipped from Singapore and includes an international tracking number. Tracking updates of your order are only available via Singpost and will ONLY cover up to the point your item reaches the destination country. Your package will be handed over to your domestic postal service upon customs clearance, so please contact them if you need to.
⭐ Kindly understand that we CANNOT guarantee the arrival of your order as we are unable to effectively trace the whereabouts of your parcel thereafter. Once your item arrives in your country, it's out of our hands and we are not liable for any loss of packages or damage during transit and handling by your postal service.
⭐ Should there be any delays in deliveries, please contact your local postal service* and quote the tracking number for a faster and more accurate response. *For US customers, kindly note that the tracking number may not show up on USPS's website or platforms such as Aftership, and contacting them directly is the only way to find out the exact location or point of processing for your item.
⭐ Packages that failed to be delivered will always be returned to us. If this was due to customer negligence (wrong or missing address, failure to pick up, etc.) the cost for reshipping will fall on the buyer. The buyer may also opt for a partial refund (the amount they paid, NOT INCLUDING shipping costs) in this scenario if they wish to cancel their order.
