
How long will the entire process take for a plush in preorder?
I cannot give a definitive answer, but the entire duration is likely to last for anywhere between three to five months, and may up to nine months if the sample has not been finalised. I'm very picky when it comes to translating my designs into the actual products, so please consider this timeframe if it affects your decision to purchase!
Updates will be posted as they come on my store twitter, bluesky and carrd (less frequent), so please choose a platform that best fits your needs to bookmark for updates!
Help! Can I change my address after I've placed my order?
Certainly! Simply email me your order number and the new address. Please note that I can only do this if your order has not shipped, and it is your responsibility to inform me if you've moved and require an address change.
Why are you asking for my phone number?
It's a safety net to shorten the recovery process in case your address is incomplete. When your package arrives in your country, they are handled over from Singpost to your domestic postal service. There is a chance your postal service will be able to contact you directly instead of returning the package (in which case a payment is required for reshipping). Please be assured that your personal information will remain safe with me!
All orders will be shipped by Registered Mail (Singpost) with an international tracking number provided. If your order contains an item under pre-order, it will only be shipped once ALL items in the same order has arrived. If you need an item that is in stock to be shipped first, please order them separately from pre-order items!
Tracking updates are available on Singpost, and will cover your package's status up till the point where your order reaches the destination country.
Please click here to find a list of countries to which international mail has been suspended indefinitely. Do keep in mind that the global pandemic will cause several delays due to the suspension of flights.
Estimated Delivery
From experience, international orders typically take 4 to 8 weeks to be dispatched. Any further delays usually occurs at the destination's customs and can last anywhere from 1 to 3 months. Please note that these are factors out of my control, so do contact your local postal service as required if you feel it's taking too long.
Kindly be aware that any additional fees upon arrival of and receiving your order (customs, taxes, surcharge) will fall on you as the customer.
Payment
Payment is accepted in United States Dollars through credit/debit cards (via Stripe, preferred) or PayPal only.
For EU customers, please note the store will not be liable for VAT or any additional surcharge that may arise once your order reaches your country. Please keep an eye on your tracking number and contact your local post as needed. Any returns due to failure in payment of VAT or customs surcharge will be subjected to payment for reshipping.

Once the status has changed to "Arrival at Destination", you may quote the tracking number directly with USPS either through a phone call, or by filling an inquiry here.

The generic answer I can give to this question is yes, I'll be happy to as I honestly enjoy designing plushies, but ultimately my plans depend on the time and amount of interest my audience (and myself personally) have in the character.
